After Delivery or Pick-Up
Furniture delivered to or picked up by our customers is not returnable or cancelable. In the unusual occurrence that an item arrives damaged, please notify the delivery team or customer service at the store or delivery facility. Arrangements will be made to send a qualified furniture repair technician to your home to inspect the furniture, correct the problem, and provide appropriate service. Flamingo Furniture reserves the right to repair or replace furniture as deemed necessary at Flamingo Furniture discretion.
If you find the same item with a lower price elsewhere online, please e-mail us with a link or an attachment of the advertisement, and we will match its price, guaranteed! On top of that, whenever possible, we will even beat the price, to continue bringing the best prices anywhere. Please note that price matching involves the complete purchasing price, along with all shipping costs and taxes. All advertisements must be current and not part of a store wide clearance or similar offer. PRICE CAN ONLY BE MATCHED AT TIME OF PURCHASE.
Flamingo Furniture will not accept any responsibility for goods not fitting properly in the customers home. The customer will pay additional charges for any fitting, rigging, or dismantling expenses required to deliver the merchandise ordered. These expenses are solely the responsibility of the customer.
Anything purchased through the Flamingo Express program will be delivered via 3rd party common carrier. Flamingo Express offers a curbside delivery only. Assembly is not included.
